Police in Lee’s Summit, Missouri, closed a busy stretch of freeway as a part of a taking pictures investigation Wednesday.
Police stated the incident occurred close to Missouri 291 and Chipman Road.
Police inform KMBC 9 News the incident occurred round 10:50 a.m. in the southbound lanes of 291 at Chipman.
Three suspects sporting darkish clothes had been reportedly seen taking pictures into one other car that was stopped at that intersection.
