WASHINGTON – U.S. Capitol Police headquarters was evacuated temporarily Friday morning after officers positioned a suspicious vehicle close by.
The vehicle was discovered within the 100 block of D Street NE, the identical block because the headquarters constructing.
Officials instructed occupants to stay calm, take annunciators whereas exiting, and shut doorways behind them with out locking.
